Papers should be submitted both as hard copy (printout
on paper) and on floppy-disc containing the text of the article in a commonly
used word processor format.
4.1. Sheets
Please use first quality white paper for your printout.
The printable area on your sheet of paper is strictly
fixed to 15 cm wide by 23.5 cm long
or in inches 5.95" wide by 9.25"
long (whatever paper size is used !).
For A4 size paper this printable area
is obtained by entering following margin settings in the 'page
setup' of your word-processor.
in centimeters:
top: 3.7 cm; bottom: 2.5 cm;
left: 2.4 cm and right: 3.3 cm.
in Inches:
top: 1.46"; bottom:
0.98"; left: 0.95" and right: 1.3"
4.2. Font - Printer
Papers should be printed preferably on laser-writers.
Ink-jet printers also give good results.
The font to be used for printing you article is
"Times New Roman 12 points".
Papers typed on a type-writer are not accepted.
4.3. Spacing
Text should be plain, single spaced, except Latin names
which should be in italics and paragraph titles which should be underlined.
Titles of Sub-Paragraphs should not be underlined.
Text should be aligned 'justified' in
order to fill the entire printable area.
4.4. Indentation
First lines of text paragraphs should have a 0.63 cm
indentation. Surnames of authors in the reference-list should not be indented,
the next lines however should have a 0.63 cm indentation (see model).
The distance between text and items like little tables
and figures should always be 2 lines.
4.5. Headings
Type title of paper in bold
capital letters at the top of the first page. Please type the heading
exactly as shown on example 1, do not type title and author’s
names in the centre of the page.
In case there are two authors with a different address,
make a column with the address for each one.
4.6. Keywords
At least five to seven index words can be mentioned in
one line.
4.7. Abstract
Each paper should have an abstract in English.
