WO=FWS(TD)

used dew point temperature (TD) to calculate saturated
vapor pressure, then derived humidity ratio for the outdoor air (WO).
It is not appropriate. It is true only when TD=TO, i.e., relative humidity (RH)=100%.

The calculation for WO should be put 3 lines lower in the code
after the calculation of outdoor air temperature (TO), then

WO=FWS(TO)

The result of the modification will alter the output and make the TF and T1
to T4 increased by almost 2 degree C. Also the text in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th
lines of 2nd paragraph from the bottom of p.58, should be changed

from

"Using TD, humidity ratio of the air (WO) as well as atmospheric emissivity
(ESPA) are calculated by eq.4.18. Humity ratio at the soil surface (WF) is
also calculated using the function FWS."

to

"Using TD, atmospheric emissivity (EPSA) is calculated by eq.4.18. Humidity
ratio of the outdoor air (WO) and humity ratio at the soil surface (WF) are
calculated using the function FWS."

noted that in the text listed above, symbol "ESPA" is wrong, should be "EPSA"
